We love creative couples who host their weddings at unique venues like the Orlando Museum of Art. When you have two chefs getting married, you get great food, wine and lots of love . Zakiya and Roy’s faith is important to them, so their ceremony took place at Presbyterian Church on the Lakes. Family and friends traveled from various states in the US and the Caribbean to celebrate their union.
The cocktail hour and reception followed at the Orlando Museum of Art. From the ceremony to reception space this was definitely an unforgettable Orlando destination wedding. The modern and chic decor was beautifully designed to suit their personalities. Their centerpieces were a combination of fruit and flowers reflecting the creativity of their careers. This was also a compliment to the Orlando Museum of Art. Personalized chairs at the sweet heart table also added a personal touch. Their guests enjoyed dinner and lots of dancing to popular Caribbean and Latin tunes as they not only celebrate becoming family, but also the joining of two cultures.
This was a wedding that they will remember for the rest of their lives and their guests will rave about for a long time.
